The Invisible Tax: Time, quality, cost: pick two. We were promised we could have it all. So where is the bill going? There is an old constraint that anyone who has managed a project knows in their bones. Time, quality, cost: pick two. You can have it fast and good, but it will not be cheap. You can have it cheap and good, but it will not be fast. The triangle has held for as long as people have made things, and for most of that time nobody seriously argued with it. Then AI arrived, and the argument changed.
