Half of employees are often unhappy at work Fifty-one per cent of employees are frequently unhappy at work, according to research findings published jointly by employee engagement platform Reward Gateway Edenred (RGER) and the London School of Economics (LSE). After surveying 2,000 employees and 1,000 HR managers, researchers for The Happiness Dividend report also found that happier employees are 12% more productive than their unhappy counterparts.
